We put in a full-price offer on our house the evening we first saw it! It was the last of many homes we looked at to buy and we knew the quality and price were excellent. Within 24 hours our offer was accepted and we couldn’t believe that we found this home at the perfect time. We closed on the sale of our townhouse and the purchase of our Noyes home on the same day, approximately 25 days after first seeing our new home. We appreciated the frig, washer & dryer, too!

It was a very thorough meeting. We were very giddy so honestly, I probably can’t remember too much from that day except that Mike really liked the dimmer switch in the formal dining room.

We love the hand-scraped wood floors, the color of the doorknobs, bathroom faucets, the window panes in the windows at the front of the house, the flat kitchen island, the tile accents, the large master bedroom closet, the large laundry room with a great utility sink, the tall and spacious garage, the larger backyard compared with other new homes on the market at the time, the pre-wiring for a sound in the family room that we had installed seven months after moving in, and our list goes on!

The colors, the great heater, plenty of carpet and the location of our flag lot! I also love knowing the the structure is under warranty for ten years if anything did go wrong structurally. We feel that Noyes is a very caring, thoughtful and accomplished local builder and we are proud to own one of their homes! Thank you so much! 

The Purchase experience with Noyes was very flexible & smooth. In the beginning, we were able to reserve the lot we liked and work with the selling agent to list out our home’s requirements & the features we liked. The communication process was meticulously captured through e-mails and feedback was sought every step of the way. We were able to select the flooring, cabinets, lighting, and several other customizations any of the builders offered and the flexibility to pick our selections based on the budget allocated for the standard selection plus add more if we wanted to upgrade.

As mentioned above, the standard design selections for Noyes were upgrades with most builders in the area. This was echoed in our conversations with several of the neighbors in the community. The upgrades were clearly called out in the document provided and the builder was open to requests other than what was listed in the Options list. We were directed to the supplier directly for most selections so we can choose from a wide variety. We were even able to specify the location of the canned lighting packages during the electrical walk-through & specify/modify convenient locations for switches.

The Orientation meeting was professional and very interactive. Several little details were caught by the Noyes representative who walked us through himself. At the end of the meeting, we were provided with a USB with all details ranging from list of all contractors & suppliers to CC&Rs. The changes recommended during Orientation were quickly followed up on before closing. The attention to detail in the process was great.

The overall buying experience has been really great. We love the unique selections & attention to detail Noyes brings to the home building process which shows up in the quality of the final outcome. We would gladly recommend Noyes development for prospective home buyers.

We were very thankful that we built our home with Noyes we've ended up with a great quality home and we couldn't be happier with the process that I went through. We would said the Closing cost part was a nightmare for us because our bank messed up the paper work so we had to delay our moving date to one week after. And we only had a limited amount of time to move in. Without their staff helping we could not speed up the process. We were Very Grateful to Peter Noyes that he was very nice, he gave us the key to move in the same afternoon that we signed.

They were very organized in setting up all the appointments for us like the electrical walk-through, meeting with the interior designer etc…

It was wonderful, Mike was very knowledgeable about everything about the house. He was very thorough, professional, and details as well as providing great suggestions.

We have not filled out our one-year warranty requests yet. However, we had some concerns after we moved in. Mike and Andy were fantastic, they were listening to our concerns. They did their best to accommodate our needs and concerns. Their hard work and dedication is much appreciated.

We feel great and refreshed living in our new home. Our HVAC is installed inside the house, it was our concern at first, but Noyes built it very safe, with less noise, door with a lock for child safety.

All the staff we dealt with from start to finish were helpful and very professional. They kept us informed of the whole process. They were excellent!

One of our favorite features was the building fireplace stone wall. We would prefer a standalone range hood instead of the built-in microwave hood, it was not strong enough.

Yes, it helps lower the gas bills. Most of the lights in our house are fluorescent bulbs and they also help lower the cost of electricity. We like the energy-efficient tankless water heater. Water is mixed with air to reduce water consumption.
