Our semi-custom home building process puts the key decision-making in your hands to design many of the important elements of your primary bedroom. This includes the fixtures and materials in your in-suite bathroom, as well as design elements of your bedroom. 



In addition to your primary bedroom and bathroom, Noyes Development homes generally feature an additional 1-3 bathrooms and 3-5 bedrooms depending on the layout. You’ll be sure to find a primary bedroom design and layout that works perfectly for you.

Are Noyes Development primary bedrooms fully customizable?

All Noyes Development home builds are “semi-custom” designs. When we meet with you to work on your Noyes Development semi-custom home, we’ll work with you to tailor your primary bedroom and bathroom and entire home to fit you and your family’s needs perfectly. Noyes Development does not offer 100% custom home or custom building services.


What features are typical in your primary bedrooms?

We only use high-quality and luxurious materials when building our homes and designing our primary bedrooms and homes. This includes unique and modern fixtures, vanities, materials, and details. 


Are your primary bedrooms and homes environmentally friendly?

They sure are! We take eco-consciousness seriously in everything we do, but never at the expense of quality or performance. All of our homes are Earth Advantage Platinum certified and  certified Zero Energy Ready. We’re extremely proud of these certifications, which represent how our homes are designed to be energy efficient, durable, and extremely comfortable. They are also designed to last over 100 years!
