Are Noyes Development exteriors and outdoor spaces fully customizable?

All of our homes are considered “semi-custom”. If purchasing your home prior to starting construction, you’ll work with us to tailor your home’s exterior and outdoor spaces (along with your entire home) to fit your family’s needs. Noyes Development does not offer 100% custom home or custom building services.


What types of exterior features are offered in your homes?

When building homes, we exclusively use modern, high-quality materials. This includes hardie siding, high-quality windows, architectural roofs, aggregate driveways and walkways, and much more. 


Are your homes environmentally friendly?

They sure are! All of our homes are Earth Advantage Platinum certified, and almost all are certified Zero Energy Ready and designed to be energy efficient, durable, and extremely comfortable. All of our homes are designed to last 100 years.
