Noyes Development was founded in 1993 by Cedar Mill native, Peter Noyes. He grew up riding his bike down the very streets that serve our new neighborhoods. He raised children and now enjoys watching his grandchildren grow up in the same community. This deep connection to the area enhances the pride that Noyes Development takes in our growing legacy.
