Are Noyes Development kitchens fully customizable?
All aspects of our homes are “semi-custom”. We work with homeowners to tailor their kitchens and entire homes to fit their needs perfectly. Noyes Development does not offer 100% custom home or custom kitchen building services.
What types of appliances and materials do you use in your kitchens?
We exclusively use luxurious, high-quality materials when building our homes and kitchens. This includes expansive wood floors, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, elegant tile, quartz counters, and much more.
Are your kitchens and homes environmentally friendly?
They are! All of our homes are Earth Advantage Platinum certified. They are almost all certified Zero Energy Ready, which means they are designed to be energy efficient, durable, and extremely comfortable. They are also designed to last 100 years!
