Are Noyes Development bathrooms fully customizable?
The homes that Noyes Development builds are “semi-custom”. When you work with Noyes Development on your semi-custom home, we’ll work with you to tailor your bathrooms and entire home to fit your needs perfectly. Noyes Development does not offer 100% custom home or custom bathroom building services.
What features are typical in your bathrooms?
We only use luxurious and high-quality materials when building our homes and designing our bathrooms. This includes unique and modern fixtures, vanities, materials, and details.
Are your bathrooms and homes environmentally friendly?
We take great pride in how eco-conscious our homes and home building process are. All of our homes are Earth Advantage Platinum certified and are almost all certified Zero Energy Ready. This means they are designed to be energy efficient, durable, and extremely comfortable. They are also designed to last 100 years!
