Reproduces all approved site documentation for the field personnel to build from. Accommodates all project managers field requests that are a part of the construction process.
Produces 3D photo realistic computer generated renderings.

Randy has over 36 years of experience designing houses for different firms in Oregon, Washington and Arizona.

At one time Randy owned and operated his own design firm in Bend, OR and Scottsdale AZ. Randy also was a licensed contractor in OR and AZ.

Randy provides useful and functional contributions to the home design process, such that all space, aesthetics, and value are fully taken care of. The final product is desired and fulfilling.

Randy is married and has 3 children. He enjoys all sports and loves to spend time with his three grandchildren.
