As Customer Care Manager, Nathan is responsible for all homeowner warranty requests. He coordinates with homeowners and subcontractors on all repairs as outlined in the Noyes Care Manual.

Nathan has been with Noyes Development Company since October 2021. He has over 25 years of residential construction industry experience, most recently as owner of Hanks Painting & Maintenance for 18 years. He has an extensive background in working with homeowners, contractors, realtors, and inspectors on all aspects of home repairs.

He was born and raised in Beaverton, OR and a graduate of The Arts & Communications Magnet Academy. His passion for art and design took him up north to attend The Art Institute Of Seattle before returning to Oregon to start his career in construction.

Nathan is married with 2 young boys and 2 dogs, so his days are filled with laughter and LEGOS! The Hanks family enjoys taking their camper in search of adventure at the coast. His perfect day would usually involve golfing, pickleball, wine tasting or building something with his boys. Preferably all 3 in the same day!
