Green Builder of the Year Awards 2018
For the last seven years, Earth Advantage has hosted the Green Builder of the Year Awards, which celebrates the extraordinary efforts of builders and developers who certify to their standards. During the 2017-2018 building year, Noyes Development Co. built 48 homes that promote comfort, healthy living, sustainability, and energy efficiency. Each of these 48 homes was put through rigorous tests to achieve the Platinum level of certification from Earth Advantage which earned us the Most Platinum Certified Homes as well as Volume Builder of the Year! This is a huge honor for us at Noyes Development Co. as building homes for health, comfort, efficiency, durability, and sustainability is at the core of what we do. Like our partners at Earth Advantage, we believe the implementation of green building practice’s is better for not only our homeowners but for all in the community.
