Are Noyes Development living rooms fully customizable?

All of our homes are considered “semi-custom”. When purchasing your home prior to construction, we’ll work with you to tailor your living room and entire home to fit your family’s needs. Noyes Development does not offer 100% custom home or custom living room building services.

What types of features do you use in your living rooms?

When building homes, we exclusively use luxurious, high-quality materials. This includes expansive wood floors, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, elegant tiles, quartz counters, and much more.

Are your living rooms and homes environmentally friendly?

They sure are! Every one of our homes is Earth Advantage Platinum certified, and almost all are certified Zero Energy Ready and designed to be energy efficient, durable, and extremely comfortable. All of our homes are designed to last 100 years!

The land for Highlands at North Bethany was fist purchased ten years ago. On Monday, April 4th, we handed over the keys to the final home in the community. Thank you to all the home owners that make Highlands at North Bethany a beautiful community and thank you to everyone involved in this project.

This week we celebrate #womeninconstruction week. It's a time to highlight all the great initiatives and work of women within the industry. We would like to highlight and thank our Controller, Danyel. Danyel is responsible for processing invoices, bank draws, reimbursements, year-end closing of the books, and has been with Noyes Development since 2006.
