  • Mike has been married to his wife Jennifer since 2004 and has two daughters. They also host and foster other children at times.
  • Favorite places to visit: The Oregon Coast, Central Oregon, and New Zealand. Jennifer likes to travel and will find a way to continue to get Mike to broaden his horizons.

Mike drives the vision for Noyes Development’s home construction and oversees the general operations for the company. 


Mike graduated from Washington State University in 2004 with a Political Science degree, and has been with Noyes Development since 2005. Starting out as a laborer and assistant, through hard work and great people sharing knowledge along the way, he became the Construction Manager in 2006 and then Vice President in 2013.


Mike has served as the Vice Chair and Chair of the Home Performance Council at the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland, has participated in the Willamette West Habitat for Humanity Construction Committee, and is a part of the EEBA Builder Benchmark Group where he collaborates with builders from across North America. He has completed coursework in Zero Net Energy Homes, regularly attends seminars and training sessions, and is constantly on the hunt for more information related to new options in home construction.


Mike loves houses. Be it house plans, interior design, building science, or project planning, he is passionate about providing amazing homes for people. He is an advocate for better building practices and ensures Noyes homes are healthy, comfortable, durable, efficient, and sustainable.


In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, exercising, playing guitar, and serving with his church.
